His diverse residential and commercial real estate background includes working for one of the nation's largest institutional real estate investors, a top five public home-builder and an equity partner in a private, commercial real estate development company.

Jeff's expertise includes due diligence, entitlement review, permitting and plan approvals, portfolio management, acquisitions originations and asset disposition.
In his real estate investment career, Jeff has successfully underwritten and acquired 50+ investments, located in 20 different sub-markets throughout the United States, with project revenues in excess of $1.6 Billion. His experience also includes managing a $950 Million portfolio which included on average 2,800 single-family and multi-family homes for various institutional investors.
